Here you can register your child for our waiting list. We operate a first come first served basis so it’s worth registering your child with us as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment or delayed starting.

Please note this registration form is for attending The Academy, if your child has received a letter about Street Freeze Dance in school then please contact me directly or visit the Street Freeze website.
